Colleague of the Month

I would like to nominate Amber for her amazing work at the team comms day and working with the leadership team to help increase their capacity since. Amber is aspirational through her role constantly working towards improving her work and exceeding expectations beyond the brief given to her. 

I would like to nominate Amber this month. I really appreciate her help with IT and systems issues and queries. Also, this week, we had an issue with a Kickstart wage payment. Amber asked for assistance from Apogee, who were able to explain what had gone wrong. Amber kindly fed this back to our team, therefore making sure, we know what to do in the future! 

I would like to nominate amber. This is because she’s a great colleague and is always happy to help.

Amber has grown so much in her role at Offploy. She continues to expand her knowledge and is enjoying taking on new challenges. I can call Amber to support me in areas, that I am not so familiar with. This has been a great help and I really appreciate her being at the end of the phone.

I nominate Amber. Amber has really been stepping up to learn about her role as a Trainee SEA and has tackled this with enthusiasm and energy. She was also a revelation on the Comms Day as she threw herself into all of the activities. Seeing her abseil down the chimney is an image which will stick in my head for a while and knowing how she sought to support and encourage others was great to see!

This month I am going to nominate Amber. Amber has done a great job working on the comms day, making sure that all arrangements were made, food was ordered and taking on a big role, well done Amber

I would like to nominate Amber this month for her hard work and dedication in supporting with arranging the Comms Days.  It can often be underestimated just what it takes to arrange the Comms Days, from accommodation, travel to events and I am sure all colleagues welcome the time Amber spends each quarter.

My colleague of the month nomination for this month is Amber. Amber is an absolute super star and is regularly helping me last minute with tasks and I cannot thank her enough for her help and support.

I’m going to nominate Amber, for taking to her new role like a duck to water.  For caring so much about the people she’s supporting and her commitment to helping them fulfil their potential.

My nomination is Amber.  Amber has really stepped up to the mark and it was so lovely to see her on Comms Day looking relaxed, happy and enjoying her new role as an SEA.  She has always responded with a yes when asked to do something and does it cheerfully.

Please can I vote for Amber for her great execution of Comms Day. I can tell that a lot of effort and thought went into it and these kinds of tasks are easily overlooked for the amount of work that are put into them.

I nominate Amber. Amber has risen to the challenge of everything thrown at her this past month. She has done a great job onboarding candidates for multiple projects across both teams, and has also had a key role in organising the recent successful Comms Day. Her promotion to SEA is well deserved and Amber is making a real impact already on the lives of her candidates. Well done Amber!

My COTM goes to Amber for her amazing work coordinating the comms day - each event she takes on more and more responsibility and this time she has pretty much done everything. A big thank you for all your effort Amber, thank you, thank you, thank you.
