This means that whilst we are a community interest company and our sole purpose is to support people with convictions into employment we will do this with the lowest possible impact to the public purse. Our team ensures our activities continue to be of benefit to both our candidates and society.

Social Employment Advisor
I am very excited to be a part of team Offploy and helping continue the great work being done.
I am an experienced Debt & Money Advisor, I have worked with Citizens Advice recently helping people manage all forms of debt from rent arrears & council tax to parking tickets! I have also previously worked as a Work Coach with the DWP in Jobcentre plus, so have a good understanding of the journey people take through this process.
I have completed my TQUK L2 Information, advice and guidance and CMA Level 3 Generalist Debt Advice.
I am very much looking forward to working with Offploy to help our candidates grow and build for a successful and sustainable future.

Colleague of the Month
I would like to nominate Andrew for all his hard work researching the new areas for the upcoming projects and supporting me with my candidates.
Andrew has recently joined Offploy and has quickly picked up the role and is building up his caseload. Andrew has been motivated to deliver community support to his candidates in person at the job centres and has made a great start to building stakeholder relationships and I am looking forward to seeing Andrew grow into his role at Offploy.
