Meet the Team

Having originally joined Team Offploy as a volunteer two years ago, my desire to make a difference within the Criminal Justice Sector has resulted in my progress through various roles to leading the Team as the Service Manager.

Over the past two years I have met many people from all backgrounds who have a story to tell. However, one thing they all share is that by being given another chance, with support, they want to improve their lives and make a positive contribution to society. Securing meaningful and sustained employment provides them with that opportunity. Leading the Team in supporting our Service Users to reach their potential is important to me and allows me to be a part of their journey.

Colleague of the Month

I would like to nominate Bhav for keeping the team motivated. 

My Colleague of the Month nomination is for Bhav. His level of cooperation and communication with the team is always appreciated and deserves to be highlighted. 

Bhav for all the additional support and training he has given me this month. 

Please may I nominate Bhav for having an aspirational eye for detail (something of which I am jealous of). Bhav’s thoroughness mixed with his out-of-the-box thinking helps me think of things that I had never considered and gives me a new perspective, which is something I am grateful for. Alongside this, Bhav highlights his expertise through experience by providing feedback in such a way that induces deeper thinking rather than just saying why he believes something is not right or needs changing he will take the time to give an explanation of his logic to which he is open to discuss to find the perfect solution.

I would like to nominate Bhav for colleague of the month just for being such a supportive manager. He truly is there when you need him so thank you Bhav!

Bhav, continually goes above and beyond for our commissioners and colleagues, he is extremely driven to succeed and that shows in his work, he is a pleasure to work with and a real asset to Offploy.

I nominate Bhav for always being an incredible and supportive manager. Always being there when everyone needs him, and he always helps everyone who needs it.

My nomination for colleague of the month this month is Bhav for being such a fantastic and supportive leader.

Bhav is consistently working so hard, taking the time to train others, working on new contracts coming in, making sure his team are always ok and needing any support. Bhav is always positive and wanting the best for everyone and making sure at the end of the day that colleagues are all well and had a good day, Bhav is an all-rounder who goes out of his way for others.

I would like to nominate Bhav for his care and understanding.

My nomination for colleague of the month is Bhav. Bhav always has my back and is there to advise and support no matter what the issue is.  I am truly grateful for all he does for us.

My COTM goes to Bhav for stepping into a senior minister meeting with all of the criminal justice employment sector. He has received rave reviews on being a ‘top bloke’ whilst representing Offploy at the highest level of government valiantly.

Travelling to London, making sure that his Team are well and always at the end of the phone when needed for support and checks in to see how we all are. Running contracts, presenting Offploy to new contacts, conducting PDMS, taking on any duties that the team need support with. Is there anything that Bhav cant do? Nope! Well deserved for this months COTM, Well Done Bhav
