This means that whilst we are a community interest company and our sole purpose is to support people with convictions into employment we will do this with the lowest possible impact to the public purse. Our team ensures our activities continue to be of benefit to both our candidates and society.

No one is perfect, and everyone deserves a second chance. Sometimes, individuals just need a bit of guidance towards the right path. I admire that Offploy is committed to providing this support. Being a part of the bid writing team allows me to engage in a lot of writing, while also helping to secure a steady flow of services to deliver.
