Offploy prides itself on being a commercially responsible social enterprise. This means that whilst we are a community interest company and our sole purpose is to support people with convictions into employment we will do this with the lowest possible impact to the public purse. Our team ensures our activities continue to be of benefit to both our candidates and society.

Having over 40 years of work history ranging from my time in the RAF, working for large corporates and for the last 10 years as an employment adviser. Since joining Offploy in November 2019 I have really enjoyed working with new candidates and helping them gain sustainable employment, it is a pleasure to work with such focused colleagues and seeing how we can make a difference to our candidates.
