Colleague of the Month

This month I would like to nominate Heather H. Nothing to do with work, but I think it's fantastic that she is going to raise money for charity to help others. She spends her time at Offploy helping and supporting and is going the extra mile to support 3 charities outside of work. At a time when so many people need help and when charities have lost a lot of fundraising opportunities due to covid, I think it is lovely of Heather to be doing her glow-stick rave!! 

I would like to nominate Heather because she never fails to make us laugh and brighten our day! Thankyou Heather for just being you. 

Heather for being such a wonderful team player 

Please can I nominate Heather for leading by example. Over the past few months Heather has pro-actively sought out feedback and opportunities for personal development. On receiving feedback Heather has ensured to implement any changes suggested and has improved on quality but also delivery of service. This has been recognised by the positive feedback from work coaches and their line managers but also in the support provided to her candidates. Well done Heather.

I nominate Heather for her continual support and expertise in finding resources for the candidates.

I would like to nominate Heather for being an incredible support in my first month with Offploy. Heather has been an incredible friend and colleague in my first few weeks and I owe her a lot.

I am going to nominate Heather, she supports me, makes me spit my tea out with laughter and has always got time for me.

My nomination is Heather for going over and above to identify ways that we can make our service delivery more inclusive for candidates with additional learning needs.

Please can I nominate you for your amazing commitment to the wellbeing challenge. You are a true inspiration to the team and a great role model for demonstrating the importance of looking after your physical and mental health throughout the working week. Well done.

I nominate Heather.  Whenever I have had a bad day or crappy call, she is there to listen to me and make me laugh again.

I nominate Heather for always allowing herself to be available no matter what I needed to speak to her about, she always provides me with the best advice whether it be for work or personal she has continuously shown that she cares about my best interest, and I am soooooo grateful for my Hogwarts Queen.

I nominate Heather. Heather is a joy to work with, she is always ready with a story or a quip to boost the day and I know that she also cares passionately about her candidates. She works so hard to make sure that they have the support they need and always goes above and beyond for them

I’ll nominate Heather, for helping me out when I ask for advice or just for a general chat for morale when working at home.

I would like to nominate Heather for colleague of the month. She is a wonderful friend and colleague who is always there to support me.

Heather has continued to run with one of the largest caseloads across two different programmes and yet she delivers quality service to her candidates tailored to their needs. She is also increasingly helping out in other areas, being the lead for our CIPD mentor programme and helping colleagues when they are stuck. When not at work she is still loving kicking small children at her martial arts classes! Well done Heather
