Developer
I am honored to join Offploy CIC as their IT Developer. As part of my role, I am responsible for developing our CRM and supporting our colleagues with IT-based issues.
Nominations for
Colleague of the Year
I’d like to nominate James, as he has taken on more and more responsibilities whilst furthering his own Salesforce, DocuSign, and Conga knowledge all in his own time and is using a deep-thinking, long-term approach in his work by asking, “Why is this being done?” and “Could this be improved?” rather than just doing what is asked.
He has also come up with some great suggestions to make sure that the IT team are working to the best of their ability with both new and improved processes. An unsung hero of Offploy. James Joseph Coates.
