I am proud to be working as part of the Offploy family. In my current role as Director of Service, my main responsibility is to support and lead our wonderful colleagues to deliver a high-quality service that ensures each person enrolled in our programme receives a truly unique experience that helps them achieve their aspirations and goals.

Offploy has gone from strength to strength and I am excited to see what the future holds.

I would like to nominate Joe please. He has been a huge help (as always) and is always a pleasure to work with. 

I'd like to nominate Joe for their unequalled commitment and willingness to assist others in the team, and for always brightening up the mood in a room (or in this case, a Teams meeting! 🤣)

I’m going to nominate Joe, for being a great down to earth leader. Who takes the time to listen and understand.

Joe continues to support me in all aspects of my role with Offploy. He reassures me and always has praise and thanks for the work I do. Working remotely can be a lonely place at times, but I know Joe is always on the end of a video call, if I need help or just an ear to have a moan or to ask for help. Thanks Joe, I really appreciate it and I look forward to starting my day, knowing you are there.

I nominate Joe. Joe has been a great support and friend to me over the last few months. I value his input and respect his judgement. Joe you are a great guy to work for and thanks for always listening when I need to discuss something.

The lovely Joe Prest! Joe continues to surprise me with his never-ending energy, passion and positivity. Working remotely can be a very lonely business, but with Joe at the end of the phone, WhatsApp and teams, I am continually supported and feel reassured that help, advise and a bit of a giggle when required are at hand. Thank you, Joe, for always being there.

I would like to nominate Joe for being an outstanding team leader, he consistently checks in on how you are doing and has his foot in the door helping a lot of areas of the company. He truly does go above and beyond with his role.

I’m nominating Joe This guy puts his all into his work. He cares deeply about his colleagues and even those who don’t report into him. I want him to believe these words as I think he struggles to accept praise but Joe: you are the one who brings us all together and we’re all so glad to be led by you in more ways than just delivery.

Joe works tirelessly to ensure as a team we are supported and happy at work. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. I feel able to approach him about anything that I am concerned about or need help with. This is not just in a work capacity, Joe has been there for me, whenever I have been dealing with personal issues. It is wonderful to be able to feel that you have someone in the background, watching your back and being there no matter what. Thank you, Joe, for everything you do and for who you are.

My nomination this month is Joe. The last couple of weeks has been somewhat manic with various things. Joe has been exceptionally supportive during that time and has helped me get all the ducks in line for one of my projects, liaising with third parties and generally being a good egg. Thanks Joe. It would have been difficult if not impossible without your help and support.

My colleague of the month nomination for this month is Joe. Joe is a fantastic leader and not afraid to step up to any challenge.

I would like to nominate Joe.  Joe puts a huge amount into making our working lives just that bit easier (and maybe sometimes just that bit more challenging!).  He is knowledgeable and pragmatic and I am so pleased that I get to work with him.

I nominate Joe. For his patience and constant attention to detail he is second to none. He succeeds in balancing the difficult tasks of supporting colleagues and candidates whilst ensuring that Offploy's standards of professional excellence are upheld. But most of all he is a friend I can turn to and trust. Thanks for all you do Joe!
