Offploy prides itself on being a commercially responsible social enterprise. This means that whilst we are a community interest company and our sole purpose is to support people with convictions into employment we will do this with the lowest possible impact to the public purse. Our team ensures our activities continue to be of benefit to both our candidates and society.

Senior Social Employment Advisor
I am overjoyed at becoming part of Offploy, and the team are extremely supportive. I have 19 years' experience in the Welfare to Work Sector, travelling to areas which included Tyne, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, East Coast and Humber to support candidates into sustainable employment. It is such a great satisfaction knowing you have supported candidates with their new journey in life; that is a great achievement to keep giving to others.

Kate has been a great example of someone who is determined to continue and find ways to contribute to the team effort, despite going through difficult times herself. I nominate Kate for taking on more leadership in the EDI committee and looking for ways to involve the team more by sending out more positive news messages. Sometimes the messages aren't about job outcomes and instead just a great interaction - these are perfect little boosts to my inbox, and I'd love to see more of them from all our team. Kate's positive attitude is infectious and one we all want to be around.
