This means that whilst we are a community interest company and our sole purpose is to support people with convictions into employment we will do this with the lowest possible impact to the public purse. Our team ensures our activities continue to be of benefit to both our candidates and society.

Social Employment Advisor
I am delighted to be joining Offploy and really excited to be part of the team.
I’m an experienced Employment Advisor and have supported candidates with their Employment Toolkit including CV Building, extensive job search support and interview techniques to enable them to move closer to and gain sustainable employment and training. During the pandemic, I also volunteered as a delivery driver and food bank assistant to help them open 5 days a week and safely deliver food parcels to vulnerable persons across the London Borough of Hounslow.
I have just started my Level 3, NVQ Advice & Guidance and I am really looking forward to working with the Offploy Team in improving candidates social inclusion and wellbeing to help them into employment.

Matt has recently joined the Offploy team and from day 1 he has embraced the Offploy way and brought his passion and enthusiasm to the role. Even though he was thrown into the deep end he has conducted himself professionally, been empathetic, built relationships with stakeholders and most importantly supported his candidates in launching a new project to Prevent Homelessness.
