As a dedicated advocate for social change and equal opportunities, I'm proud to serve as the Chairman of Offploy Community Interest Company. My journey with Offploy began as a mentor to Jacob, an ex-prisoner with a vision to support those with criminal convictions in securing meaningful employment. The more I delved into the world of reintegration and rehabilitation, the more I became committed to contributing my expertise to this vital cause.
In my role as Chairman, I work closely with the managing director, offering guidance and support to ensure the continued growth and success of the social enterprise. Offploy's mission to provide mentored, sustainable employment for individuals with criminal convictions is one that I am honoured to be a part of, and I invite you to learn more about our work and join our pledge.
In addition to my involvement with Offploy, I am also the founder of Prestige Recruitment Specialists, a Hull-based company dedicated to connecting talented individuals with employers across various sectors. My experience in recruitment has provided me with valuable insights and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the job market, which I bring to my work with Offploy.
As a modest yet driven individual, my focus remains on creating positive change in society and championing the potential of those who may have faced challenges in their past. Together, we can build a more inclusive, supportive, and prosperous future for all.
