Candidates complete Referrals through Offploy programmes (or other charities).
They must:
Be able to communicate well in written and verbal English
Have a smart phone - for the pay and rosta app
Have email and a phone number
Have a positive attitude to training / punctuality / taking direction
Have valid RTW documentation
Visit a Pret restaurant before applying, to get a sense of the operation
Have a plain black or white T-shirt plus jeans or black trousers
They must not:
Have a sexual conviction or be on the SOR (no exceptions unfortunately)
Have visible piercings / fake lashes / fake nails / nail varnish at work (if they can be removed that is OK)
Have facial tattoos (although a little discretion is possible by discussion)

The Application Process
Relatively Easy Process with Employment Advisor and a guaranteed interview that can lead to paid trials and shifts. If the candidate can commit to shifts as early as 5am and meets the necessary criteria, they can fill out a referral form with an Offploy advisor and get a guaranteed interview or assessment day.
