People with any conviction type can apply to work with Sodexo. They are a ban-the-box employer, but they do have a self-identify option on the application. This will not exclude the applicant, rather, put them in touch with Serco's "Starting Fresh" team, who will support the applicant through their application and find a suitable job role if the one they're applying for isn't suitable (subject to availability).
