Our Projects

Offploy is currently involved with a number of great projects, from prison education to recruitment for a range of organisations. If you’re interested in finding out more, have a look through our projects and visit the Offploy blog for an insight into our positive work in action.

About Us

Employment is proven to reduce reoffending. We can make society safer by supporting people to build their communities rather than taking from them. Offploy was formed by an ex-prisoner and at least 70% of our team have experienced the criminal justice system first hand.

For Candidates

Do you feel a criminal conviction is preventing you from securing a decent job? Offploy’s team of Social Employment Advisors are people who have also been in your situation and can help you on your journey towards employment and an independent life.

For Employers

Employers like you are no longer asking 'if' they should hire people with convictions but instead 'how' they do it. Are you struggling to fill your job vacancies? Is staff retention an issue? Do you want to enhance your Corporate Social Responsibility status? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, we can help. We are specialists in what can feel like an incredibly complex area of HR and employment law.

"It's nice to have that self-pride and selfworth. It's nice to be earning. I get home after a hard days work and feel glad I've earned that money."

Ryan, Offploy Candidate

What our partners have to say

“We’ve been very impressed with Jacob and his team – many of whom are embedded in our offices in Hull. Many of them are former service users who are now delivering peer mentoring to ex-offenders and getting them fit for the workplace and a career away from crime.”

Ian Mulholland, Managing Director
