Our Projects

Offploy is currently involved with a number of great projects from prison education to recruitment for a range of organisations. If you’re interested in our services as a candidate, employer or commissioner have a look through our projects to gain an in-depth understand of our positive work in action.

About Us

Employment is one of the most effective ways to reduce reoffending. A reduction in reoffending will make society safer; it will support people to build their communities, not take from them and provide the next generation with positive role models who go to work not to prison. Offploy was formed by an ex-prisoner and at least 80% of our team have experienced the criminal justice system first hand.

What our partners have to say

“We’ve been very impressed with Jacob and his team – many of whom are embedded in our offices in Hull. Many of them are former service users who are now delivering peer mentoring to ex-offenders and getting them fit for the workplace and a career away from crime.”

Ian Mulholland, Managing Director
Interserve Public Sector

Our Mission

To reduce reoffending and make society safer by placing people with criminal convictions into meaningful, mentored and sustainable employment.
