Offploy is proud to announce that we have secured a £200,000 investment package from Postcode Innovation Trust, supported by players of the People’s Postcode Lottery. This marks the third time Offploy has received funding from this incredible initiative, underlining the trust and confidence placed in our mission to reduce reoffending and support inclusive employment.

This transformative investment will directly support the growth and sustainability of our work, helping us to expand three key areas: philanthropic funding, frontline advisor training, and corporate consultancy for employers committed to inclusive hiring.

Driving Innovation, Scaling Impact

We believe in creating pathways to employment for people with convictions; not only because it's the right thing to do, but because it creates safer, more resilient communities. This latest investment allows us to accelerate the progress of our work by funding dedicated roles and new resources across three core revenue streams:

  • Philanthropic Funding With this new support, we aim to grow our philanthropic income so we can reach even more people in need of support and mentorship.

  • Frontline Advisor Training With increasing demand from organisations working with people with convictions, we will expand our specialist training programme for frontline advisors delivering a range of statutory and non-statutory services

  • Corporate Consultancy More employers are recognising the value of inclusive hiring. This investment will allow us to scale our consultancy services, helping even more businesses access the tools, training, and confidence they need to hire people with convictions.

Jacob Hill, Founder of Offploy, shared his gratitude:

"This is the third time we've secured game-changing investment from the Postcode Innovation Trust. Thanks to the players of People's Postcode Lottery we're able to make our streets safer by working to a world where everyone is safe from crime.

With your support over the years and, in particular, for this round of funding we have been able to invest in innovative programmes supporting employers to hire more socially excluded people whilst simultaneously upskilling mentors to deal with specialist challenges.

Thank you to players of People's Postcode Lottery for this incredible opportunity to positively impact local communities."

This investment enables us to reach more people with lived experience of the criminal justice system, support more employers in adopting inclusive practices, and continue shaping a labour market that works for everyone.
